Introduction
The MK23 sensor is a magnetically operated, normally open reed proximity switch for surface mounting. Lead design 1: flat straight leads for PCB slot mounting. Lead design 2: flat bent SMT leads (gull-wing type). Lead design 4: round bent SMT leads for PCB slot mounting. Magnetic force and the position of the magnet/sensor determine the operate and release points. The sensor is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging per IEC 286/Part 3, suitable for automated placement.
