Introduction

"Position detectors" refer to any devices required to be operated by components applying physical force, depending on the form of their operating mechanism or the greater force required for operation. The distinguishing features of position detectors include: high electrical performance, excellent resistance to accidental impact, good protection against water splashing or dripping, and a wide range of operating mechanisms that enable the detector to adapt to various mechanical devices. Our detectors are designed in compliance with international IEC recommendations and/or European Standards (EN); the form of proof of conformity with these standards or recommendations is a declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer. General requirements comply with standards NFC 63140, IEC 947.5.1, and EN 60947.5.1. Position detectors compliant with IEC 947.5.1 may be installed on machine tools and industrial machines conforming to NFC 79130, IEC 204.1, EN 60204, or VDE 113.
