Introduction

The modular design of Honeywell micro switch heavy-duty limit switches allows for a wide variety of actuator styles, operating heads, and circuit options. The plug-in version can significantly reduce downtime on high-drive production lines, as switch replacement takes only seconds. The base socket contains all wiring and conduit connections, while the switch assembly with operating head can be easily mounted onto the base and secured with two screws.

They are well suited for many applications in demanding indoor and/or outdoor environments where they may be subject to shock or vibration from equipment, extreme temperatures, dust, water splashing, coolant, and/or water washdown.

• Head can be securely locked to body in four positions at 90° intervals
• Self-lifting pressure plate terminals save wiring time

• Rotary drive head field-adjustable for clockwise actuation, counterclockwise actuation, or both
• Silver-plated or gold-plated contacts available
