Introduction

A wide range of models is available, including overtravel models with greater overtravel, models equipped with an indicator for inspection operation, low-temperature models, heat-resistant models, and corrosion-resistant models. Micro-load models have been added to the product lineup. Approval standards include EC/IEC, UL, CSA, and CCC (China Standard).

Features

• Standard Models: The WL series offers a complete range of limit switches to meet user requirements. Options include environment-resistant specifications, actuators suitable for any workpiece, operating sensitivity matched to the workpiece, operation indicators for easier operation and maintenance, and various wiring configurations.
• Environment-Resistant Models: Includes hermetic, sealed, heat-resistant, low-temperature, corrosion-resistant, and weatherproof switches — select the appropriate model based on the installation environment.
• Anti-Spatter Models: Constructed with spatter-adhesion-resistant stainless steel and resin to prevent failures caused by zinc dust generated during welding. Suitable for arc welding lines or locations with spatter cutting powder.
• Long-Life Models: Achieves 30 million operations of mechanical durability through improved friction resistance and enhanced sliding performance of the head mechanism, suitable for high-frequency applications. A fluorescent display provides higher visibility when setting the travel.
• Common Features Across All Models:
  • DPDT Operation: Double-pole double-break structure ensures circuit interruption.
  • Protection Rating: IP67, with O-rings, cover seals, and other measures providing waterproof and drip-proof construction.
  • Approvals: Various WL/WLM switches are certified to UL, CSA, TÜV, EN/IEC, and CCC standards, suitable for export machinery.
  • High-Precision Models: Available for all switch types, designed for position control with very short operating strokes (approx. 5°) and repeatability twice that of standard models.
  • Operation Indicators: Confirm operation via neon lamp or LED for easy startup confirmation and maintenance. Operation indicators are available on indicator-equipped switches, anti-spatter basic switches, and long-life basic switches.
  • Connector Models: Reduce wiring with one-touch connection. Models with direct wiring and pre-wired connectors are also available for easy switch replacement.
