Introduction

Rope span up to 125 meters (410 feet), making the switch suitable for applications requiring long rope spans. IP67 (NEMA 6) rated enclosure, enabling the ER1022 switch to withstand washdown cleaning. Integrated e-stop function — the e-stop button provides emergency stop capability at the far end of the installation and is field serviceable. Tension indicator makes system setup and rope tension maintenance easy. 4 N/C safety contacts and 2 N/O auxiliary contacts to meet the most demanding application requirements. Vibration resistant — snap-action switch contacts prevent false triggering due to vibration. Indicator beacon — available in 24 VDC or 120 VAC, wirable to flash red to indicate the switch has been tripped, or illuminate steady green to indicate the switch has been properly reset. Rubber bellows contain UV inhibitors, making the switch suitable for outdoor applications. Blue reset knob provided for easy return to machine run position after switch actuation.
