Introduction
Ultrasonic flow sensors serve as the core components of ultrasonic flow meters. Ultrasonic flow measurement employs the transit-time principle, using opposing transmitting and receiving ultrasonic flow sensors to transmit signals through the fluid. Signals propagate faster in the downstream direction than in the upstream direction. The difference between these two transit times is used to calculate the flow velocity.
