Introduction

The ParkSonar-EZ sensor is a high-performance ultrasonic proximity sensor designed for vehicle detection in parking garages, allowing multiple sensors to operate simultaneously in the same environment. Operating at 2.5V to 5.5V, the sensor delivers proximity detection of objects within a set distance in an extremely compact package. The ParkSonar-EZ sensor allows users to integrate multiple sensors into a single system with minimal susceptibility to sensor interference that may occur, compared to other ultrasonic sensor solutions. The ParkSonar-EZ sensor features easy-to-use logic-level (high/low) output and RS232-format serial output. Factory calibration and testing are provided.
