Introduction
The IMD - 2000 system is equipped with an intelligent microcontroller preprocessing unit capable of detecting moving targets and measuring their speed, direction, and distance. This information is provided in the form of a target list, which can be used for personalized safety, door opener, or proximity sensing applications. The sensor can detect targets at speeds ranging from 0.2 to 28 km/h. Personalized programming and adjustment can be easily performed via the included graphical user interface (GUI), which is also available at www.innosent.de.
