Introduction

The BM-Lite module is a complete biometric fingerprint system comprising a powerful fingerprint sensor solution with onboard template storage. The biometric module connects to a host CPU via UART or SPI, using simple serial commands for enrollment and verification. The BM-Lite sensor features a protective coating that helps guard against ESD, scratches, impacts, and everyday wear. All fingerprint sensors employ 3D pixel sensing technology, capable of reading virtually any finger regardless of whether it is dry or wet.
