Introduction

This freely adjustable analog frequency converter features additional switching outputs, limit functions, and plug-in connection technology for converting standard analog signals into frequency or PWM signals. On the input side, it can process current signals from 0 mA to 24 mA and voltage signals from 0 V to 12 V. On the output side, it can deliver frequency signals from 0 Hz to 11 kHz, as well as PWM signals with a duty cycle from 0% to 100%. In addition, the output can also operate as an additional switching output, providing two independent switching outputs. The external circuit for the frequency output is shown in the block diagram. The additional switching output (terminals 3 and 4) will switch in the same way. The minimum measuring range is 1 mA or 0.5 V. Full accuracy is achieved when the range exceeds 10 mA or 5 V. You can choose to configure the device using DIP switches, or via the S-PORT using standard Analog-Conf software through FDT/DTM for enhanced functionality, or using the Mini Analog Pro smartphone app without any additional accessories.
