Introduction

Panasonic's optical bubble sensors are convenient, simple, and precise, perfectly fitting applicable tube sizes for reliable liquid and bubble detection. For BE-A201(P) / BE-A301(P) models with small-diameter tubes, stretch the tube and insert it into the sensor (compatible with tubes of 02 mm, 03 mm, and 04 mm inner diameters, equivalent to flexible PVC tubing) — perfectly fits applicable tubes without restricting flow rate, and also compatible with imperial-size tubes; for other cases, press the tube into the sensor (tube equivalent to PFA tubing). The sensor features tool-free, one-touch installation and can be easily mounted by hand. BE-A201 (NPN output) and BE-A201P (PNP output) are compatible with transparent resin tubes (equivalent to PFA) with outer diameter 2 mm ± 0.2 mm (0.078 in ± 0.008 in) and inner diameter 01 mm ± 0.2 mm (0.039 in ± 0.008 in), with output operations of liquid-absent ON / liquid-present ON (equipped with two outputs); BE-A301 (NPN output) and BE-A301P (PNP output) are compatible with transparent resin tubes (equivalent to PFA) with outer diameter 3 mm ± 0.2 mm (1/8 in ± 0.008 in) and inner diameter 2 mm ± 0.2 mm (1/16 in ± 0.008 in), with output operations of liquid-absent ON / liquid-present ON (equipped with two outputs); BE-A401 (NPN output) and BE-A401P (PNP output) are compatible with transparent resin tubes (equivalent to flexible PVC) with outer diameter 4 mm ± 0.15 mm (5/32 in ± 0.006 in) and inner diameter 2.4 mm ± 0.1 mm (3/32 in ± 0.004 in), with output operations of liquid-absent ON / liquid-present ON (equipped with two outputs). The sensor complies with the 5 to 24 V DC standard, can be powered directly from a PC board, features a built-in amplifier requiring no sensitivity adjustment, and is ready to use immediately after installation.
