Introduction

These solar panels are from Voltaic Systems, a manufacturer of premium solar-powered backpacks. The panels are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant. They use high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon cells and output 6V at 180mA via a 3.5mm x 1.1mm DC barrel connector. The substrate is an aluminum/plastic composite, specially designed to be durable and lightweight. They can easily withstand typical outdoor use, including drops and leaning. Build quality is excellent, making them ideal for outdoor projects. The panels also come with 4 plastic mounting screws for easy attachment, even to fabric. For connections, a 3.5mm OD / 1.1mm ID DC barrel jack is recommended, or you can use a convenient 2.1mm adapter cable to convert to a standard 5.5mm/2.1mm DC barrel plug. We offer a range of panels to choose from: Medium 6V 2W, Large 6V 3.4W, Extra Large 6V 5.6W, and Giant 6V 9W!
