Introduction

The GZP6891A is a differential pressure sensor designed for pressure measurement applications. Its core features a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip fabricated using MEMS technology, with an integrated ASIC that performs digital compensation for offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and nonlinearity. Referenced to the supply voltage, the sensor outputs a calibrated and temperature-compensated standard voltage signal. Housed in a standard SOIC-16 package, the device offers a compact footprint and easy mounting, with output signal calibration available per customer requirements.
