Introduction

The HBP431 series is a pressure sensor based on silicon piezoresistive MEMS technology. Its MEMS pressure die employs a Wheatstone bridge structure, with four resistors diffused onto a circular silicon diaphragm. When pressure is applied to the silicon crystal, lattice deformation causes changes in carrier mobility, thereby altering the resistivity of silicon and generating a voltage output signal that is linearly proportional to the applied pressure. The product features excellent linearity, repeatability, stability, and high sensitivity. Users can select standard amplification circuits such as instrumentation amplifiers to calibrate and compensate the output signal and temperature drift, achieving high-accuracy, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurement. The product comes in a standard SOP8 package for ease of use. It is suitable for pressure detection of non-corrosive gases, with broad application prospects in healthcare, smart home appliances, industrial control, and other fields.
