Introduction

This product series is a highly integrated, stable, and reliable pressure sensor module. The product consists of a MEMS pressure sensor chip and a high-performance signal conditioning circuit. Calibration coefficient data stored in OTP is used for product calibration; pressure calibration and temperature compensation are automatically performed by the test system, and the calibrated pressure and temperature are output as analog voltage signals. The product adopts a standard SOP8 package with a compact form factor for ease of use, ensuring high-performance, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurements. It is designed for differential pressure detection of non-corrosive gases, with broad application prospects in healthcare, smart home appliances, industrial control, and other fields.
