Introduction

This product series is a highly integrated, stable, and reliable pressure sensor module consisting of a MEMS pressure sensor chip and a high-performance signal conditioning circuit. Calibration coefficient data stored in OTP is used for product calibration; pressure calibration and temperature compensation are performed automatically by the test system, with the calibrated pressure and temperature output as analog voltage signals. The product adopts a single-port DIP6 package, featuring a compact structure that is easy to use while ensuring high-performance, high-stability, and high-reliability pressure measurement. It is suitable for differential pressure detection of non-corrosive liquids or gases.
