Introduction

The HBP5013A-2 series is a differential pressure sensor featuring high accuracy, low power consumption, a wide operating temperature range, and integrated pressure and temperature measurement. Each unit is individually calibrated, with offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and non-linearity compensated via calibration coefficients. At the core of the sensor is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive die fabricated using MEMS technology. Pressure is applied to both sides of the die through pressure ports, generating a differential pressure that produces a voltage signal proportional to the pressure difference. The series adopts a standard SOP8 dual-port package with a compact form factor for easy use and system integration. The product is widely used in medical devices, industrial inspection, and fitness equipment applications.
