Introduction

The HBP5013D-2 series is a differential pressure sensor featuring high accuracy, low power consumption, a wide operating temperature range, and integrated pressure and temperature measurement functions. Each unit is individually calibrated, with offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and non-linearity compensable via calibration coefficients. The core element is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive die fabricated using MEMS technology. Pressure is applied to both sides of the die through inlet ports to generate a differential pressure, producing a voltage signal proportional to the pressure difference. The series adopts a standard SOP8 dual-port package with a compact footprint for easy use and system integration. These products are widely used in medical devices, industrial inspection, and sports & fitness equipment.
