Introduction

KP226N3622 is a miniaturized analog intake manifold pressure sensor IC based on capacitive principles. It is fabricated using surface micromachining technology and integrates a monolithic signal conditioning circuit implemented in BiCMOS technology. The sensor converts pressure into an analog output signal. Its calibrated transfer function maps a pressure range of 20 kPa to 400 kPa to a voltage range of 0.2 V to 4.8 V. The chip is housed in a "green" SMT package.
