Introduction
The MLDX series sensors are based on All Sensors' CoBeam™ technology, which reduces package stress sensitivity and thereby improves overall long-term stability. These calibrated and compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air or dry gases. An optional Parylene protective coating is available for moisture resistance and harsh media protection. Devices are available in pressure ranges of 5 and 10 inches water column, as well as 1, 5, 15, 30, and 100 psi.
