Introduction

Honeywell's Integrated Pressure Transducer (IPT) delivers high-accuracy pressure data in the industry-standard SPI digital format. At the core of the IPT is Honeywell's proven silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor, featuring both pressure- and temperature-sensitive elements. The IPT's compact, lightweight form factor allows users to easily integrate it into a wide range of applications requiring high performance in a small package. Applying coefficients stored in the onboard EEPROM to the normalized IPT pressure and temperature outputs yields high-accuracy, stable pressure readings across a compensated temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
