Introduction

These barometric pressure sensors are based on proprietary packaging technology to minimize errors. This model provides a fixed 4-volt output with excellent output characteristics. The sensor housing is specially designed to reduce parasitic stress and strain caused by the package. In addition, the sensors utilize a silicon micromachined (MEMS) structure to provide a highly linear output for pressure measurement. The sensors incorporate a vacuum reference. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using ASIC compensation technology. This series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases, and similar media.
