Introduction

This is the expansion board version of the BMP280 barometric pressure sensor from DFRobot, featuring temperature and pressure measurement with Arduino code support. The BMP280 adopts an extremely compact package based on Bosch's proven piezoresistive pressure sensor technology, offering high EMI immunity, high accuracy, high linearity, and long-term stability. Extensive device operating options provide great flexibility for optimizing power consumption, resolution, and filtering performance. Barometric pressure sensors are commonly used to measure air pressure and temperature; additionally, due to the relationship between altitude and air pressure, they can also measure altitude and relative floor height. For navigation applications, barometric pressure sensors can be used to enhance GPS positioning or work with IMU sensors to enable 3D indoor navigation.
