Introduction

The amplified series for low-pressure sensing is based on proprietary technology that reduces all output offset or common-mode errors. This model offers a ratiometric 4-volt output with excellent output offset characteristics. Compared to conventional compensation methods, output offset errors due to temperature variations, warm-up stability, long-term stability, and position sensitivity are significantly reduced. In addition, the sensor incorporates a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhanced structure, providing a highly linear output for measured pressure. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage over a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5 volts.
