Introduction

TDK pressure transmitters are based on piezoresistive pressure sensing elements (MEMS technology) designed and produced in-house. The T-series electronics compensate for nonlinearity and temperature errors, delivering a high-accuracy calibrated output signal with high immunity to EMI.

Features

Media suitable for gauge pressure measurement: air, non-corrosive gases (gas humidity 0...100% relative humidity), and non-corrosive fluids. Not suitable for substances that react with glass, silicon, stainless steel, silicone gel (gauge pressure pr ≤ 10 bar), or epoxy adhesive (gauge pressure pr > 10 bar).
