Introduction

Honeywell's 13mm series stainless steel pressure sensors are designed for high-pressure applications, capable of measuring corrosive media in harsh environments. This series employs Honeywell's proven piezoresistive semiconductor sensor die in an oil-isolated housing, with an optional integrated ceramic for temperature compensation and calibration. This design has demonstrated high reliability, stability, and accuracy. These sensors feature a welded ring sleeve and a special back support ring for high cycle life capability, intended for further package integration in OEM applications. The pressure range is 500 psi to 5000 psi, with voltage or current supply options available.
