Introduction

The Micro Series pressure sensors are based on a proprietary technology that reduces sensor size while maintaining high performance. This model provides a calibrated millivolt output with excellent output offset characteristics. Compared to conventional compensation methods, output offset errors due to temperature changes, warm-up stability, long-term stability, and position sensitivity are significantly reduced. In addition, the sensors employ a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to provide a highly linear output for measured pressure. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases. H-GRADE is a high-accuracy version of the millivolt output pressure sensor. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage, allowing operation with any DC supply voltage.
