Introduction

The MS4525 is a miniature ceramic PCB-mount pressure sensor manufactured by TE Connectivity. Built using the proprietary UltraStable™ process and the latest CMOS sensor conditioning circuitry, it is designed to deliver high performance at low cost, meeting the stringent requirements of OEM customers. The MS4525 is fully calibrated and temperature compensated, with a Total Error Band (TEB) of less than 1.0% over the compensated range. The sensor operates from a single 3.3V or 5.0V DC supply and requires only one external component for normal operation. The rugged ceramic sensor is available in side-port, top-port, and manifold-mount configurations, capable of measuring 1 to 150 psi in gauge, differential, or compound pressure. The 1/8-inch barbed pressure port provides a secure connection to 3/32-inch ID tubing.
