Introduction

The amplified series of medium pressure sensors is based on a patented packaging technology to reduce errors. This model provides a ratiometric 4-volt output with excellent output characteristics. The sensor housing is specially designed to minimize parasitic stress and strain caused by packaging. In addition, the sensor employs a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure to provide a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors deliver accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using ASIC compensation technology. This series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases, and similar media. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage over a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5 volts.
