Introduction

Honeywell's 13 mm stainless steel pressure sensor series is designed for high-pressure applications, capable of measuring corrosive media in harsh environments. This series incorporates Honeywell's proven piezoresistive semiconductor sensor die in an oil-isolated housing, with the option of an integrated ceramic for temperature compensation and calibration or without. This design has demonstrated high reliability, stability, and accuracy. These sensors feature a welded sleeve and a special back support ring for high cycle life capability, designed for further packaging integration in OEM applications. The pressure range spans 500 psi to 5000 psi, with voltage or current supply options available.
