Introduction

The Micro Series pressure sensors are based on proprietary technology that reduces sensor size while maintaining high performance. This model provides a calibrated millivolt output with excellent output characteristics. In addition, the sensors employ a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhanced structure, delivering a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors provide accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. The series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases, and similar media. Prime Grade is the highest-accuracy version of the millivolt output pressure sensors. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage and can operate with any DC supply voltage.
