Introduction

The amplified series of medium pressure sensors is based on proprietary packaging technology to minimize errors. This model provides a 4-volt ratiometric output with excellent output characteristics. The sensor housing is specifically designed to reduce package-induced parasitic stress and strain. In addition, the sensor incorporates a silicon micromachined stress concentration enhancement structure, delivering a highly linear output for pressure measurement. These calibrated and temperature-compensated sensors provide accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using ASIC compensation technology. This series is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases, and similar media. The device output is ratiometric to the supply voltage over a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5 volts.
