Introduction

The RSC series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that provides a digital output for pressure readings over a specified full-scale pressure range and temperature range. It utilizes a 24-bit ADC with integrated EEPROM, calibrated and temperature-compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity. Pressure data is accessible via SPI interface at a rate of 20 to 2000 samples per second. The sensor is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic gases such as air and other dry gases, designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001, and compliant with REACH and RoHS standards.
