Introduction

The FXPS7550D4S is a high-performance, high-accuracy pressure sensor comprising a compact capacitive MEMS device and a digital IC, delivering a fully calibrated digital output. The sensor employs high-precision capacitive pressure sensing cell technology, with an architecture enhanced by a redundant pressure sensor as an extended quality assurance measure. It provides high-accuracy pressure and temperature readings via SPI or I2C interface. Additionally, the sensor features an on-demand digital self-test function for detecting faults in the digital IC and MEMS sensor. The operating pressure range is 20 kPa to 550 kPa, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 130°C. The sensor is housed in a 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.98 mm RoHS-compliant high-power QFN package, suitable for compact PCB integration. Its AEC-Q100 compliance, high accuracy, reliable performance, and high media resistivity make it well-suited for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
