Introduction

The 86A is a small, media-compatible piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor housed in a 316L stainless steel enclosure. Designed for O-ring mounting, the sensing assembly uses silicone oil to transfer pressure from a 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. Optimized for high-performance, low-pressure applications, it incorporates a custom ASIC for temperature compensation and offset correction, delivering an amplified output of 0.5 to 4.5V.
