Introduction

The TruStability® Standard Accuracy Silicon Ceramic Series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that provides a digital output for reading pressure within a specified full-scale pressure range and temperature range. This series is fully calibrated and temperature compensated through an onboard ASIC, covering sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity. The pressure-calibrated output value is updated at approximately 2 kHz. The sensor is calibrated over a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C and is characterized to operate from a single supply of 3.3 Vdc or 5.0 Vdc. These sensors measure differential and gauge pressure. The differential pressure version allows pressure to be applied to either side of the sensing diaphragm. The gauge pressure version references atmospheric pressure, providing an output proportional to changes in atmospheric pressure. This series is designed for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids and is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001.
