Introduction

MS4515 is a miniature ceramic PCB-mount pressure sensor manufactured by TE Connectivity. The sensor incorporates the latest CMOS sensor conditioning circuitry, delivering a low-cost, high-performance design that meets the stringent requirements of OEM customers. The MS4515 is fully calibrated and temperature-compensated, with a Total Error Band (TEB) of less than 1.0% within the compensated range. The sensor operates from a single 3.3V or 5.0V DC supply and requires only one external component for normal operation. The rugged ceramic sensor is available in side-port, top-port, and manifold-mount configurations, capable of measuring gauge or differential pressure from 2 to 30 inches of water column. The 1/8-inch barbed pressure port provides a secure connection to tubing with a 3/32-inch inner diameter.
