Introduction

The 26PC Series miniature pressure sensors are compact and cost-effective, suitable for dry and wet media. These sensors employ proven sensing technology using specialized piezoresistive micromachined sensing elements, delivering high performance, reliability, and accuracy. Each sensor contains four active piezoresistors forming a Wheatstone bridge. When pressure is applied, the resistance changes and the sensor outputs a millivolt signal proportional to the input pressure. The low-power 26PC sensors are designed to withstand pressures from 1 psi to 250 psi, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C [-40°F to 185°F]. These sensors are compatible with a wide variety of dry and wet media that are compatible with polyphthalamide (PPA) plastic and the media seals specified in the Nomenclature and Ordering Guide. The 26PC sensors are RoHS compliant and are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001.
