Introduction

The AC1 WPR2 Series Remote Wet-to-Wet Differential Pressure Transmitters are designed to reduce installation time and provide mounting flexibility, typically eliminating the need for additional tubing and manifolds. The WPR2 is available with standard CMP-rated PVC cable or metal-armored cable. The metal-armored cable provides end-to-end protection through a flexible metal conduit, offering durability and resistance to abrasion and cutting, constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. The WPR2 accurately measures wet media pressure across a wide range of applications. These devices are commonly used for pump monitoring and are also well suited for measuring pressure across filters, heat exchangers, and compressors. The dual remote sensors feature ceramic capacitive sensing elements and stainless steel diaphragms, compatible with liquids, gases, and refrigerants suitable for 304L stainless steel. The pressure sensors are equipped with 1/4"-18 NPT male thread (304 stainless steel) fittings. The WPR2 enclosure can be conveniently opened to reconfigure among three additional ranges (see ordering grid), with outputs of 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC (default). Different configurations in this series can measure unidirectional or bidirectional pressure ranges from as low as 3 psi to as high as 300 psi, depending on the device. The WPR2 also features push-button auto-zero for remote calibration. The LCD option displays high-side and low-side pressure values, differential pressure, "OVR" for values exceeding the specified range, "ERROR" for differential pressure out of range, and "ZERO" during the auto-zero process.
