TE Connectivity's (TE) MS5839 2 bar model is an extension of the ultra-compact digital altimeter series, designed to meet the design challenges of next-generation device manufacturers. The TE MS5839 is an ultra-compact (3.3 x 3.3 x 2.75 mm) digital altimeter optimized for applications in the presence of chlorine and saltwater. The MS5839's robust gel-filled design enables operation in harsh media environments while delivering accurate and reliable digital measurements. This MEMS-based sensor offers advanced waterproofing, chlorine resistance, shielding, low power consumption, and digital interconnect capabilities in an ultra-compact, low-profile package. The board-level design provides sensing accuracy for pressure (±0.5mbar) and temperature (±2°C) measurements.
