Introduction

The MPxx5010 series piezoresistive sensors are advanced monolithic silicon pressure sensors designed for a wide range of applications, particularly those utilizing microcontrollers or microprocessors with A/D inputs. These sensors combine advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processing technology to deliver accurate, high-level analog output signals proportional to applied pressure. The axial port has been enhanced to accommodate industrial-grade tubing.
