Introduction

The HS41xx series is a high-accuracy, fully calibrated automotive-grade relative humidity and temperature sensor with analog output. The HS410x series features a standard package with an open air inlet, while the HS411x series is equipped with a hydrophobic membrane for dust and water protection, achieving an IP67 protection rating. Both waterproof and non-waterproof sensor versions are available in two accuracy grades: HS41x1 and HS41x3. The MEMS sensor features proprietary sensor-level protection to ensure high reliability and long-term stability. Integrated calibration using NIST-traceable and validated production settings compliant with ISO/IEC 17025, combined with temperature compensation logic, delivers fully corrected relative humidity and temperature values via analog output — eliminating the need for user calibration of the output data. High accuracy, fast measurement response time, and long-term stability, together with a compact package size, make the HS41xx suitable for a wide range of applications from portable devices to products designed for harsh environments. The HS41xx is inherently a digital sensor, with measurements subsequently converted to a ratiometric analog output, making it suitable for high-noise environment applications.
