Introduction

ChipCap 2 provides a state-of-the-art, cost-effective humidity and temperature sensing solution for virtually any application. It integrates a capacitive polymer sensor chip and a CMOS IC with EEPROM into a reflow-solderable SMD package for embedded systems. Individually calibrated and tested, it delivers ±2% accuracy over 20% to 80% RH (±3% over the full humidity range), requiring no further calibration or temperature compensation for ease of use. It offers linear output signals via various interfaces to meet customer requirements, including I²C, PDM convertible to analog, and alarm functionality for preset humidity control.
