Introduction
HTU21D(F) is a new digital humidity sensor with temperature output launched by MEAS. It sets new standards in size and intelligence, featuring a reflow-solderable Dual Flat No-lead (DFN) package measuring only 3×3×0.9mm. The sensor provides calibrated and linearized signals in digital I²C format.
