Introduction

CHT40MEMS is a next-generation single-chip integrated temperature and humidity sensor featuring configurable I²C addresses. The built-in heater can be activated in condensation-prevention applications with configurable heater power. CHT40MEMS adopts a 4-pin DFN package, compatible with standard SMT assembly processes.
