Introduction

The FSA series are piezoresistive-based force sensors that provide ratiometric analog or digital output for reading force values within specified full-scale force and temperature ranges. They incorporate an on-chip ASIC for comprehensive calibration and temperature compensation of sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity. Direct mechanical coupling enables easy sensor interfacing with tubes, diaphragms, or plungers, delivering repeatable performance and a reliable mechanical interface. The package also offers excellent corrosion resistance and isolates external package stress. All products are designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001.
