Introduction

The RSF20 is designed to eliminate problems associated with scale buildup around the pivot point of traditional float switches. This series is primarily intended for applications requiring low liquid level monitoring, suitable for systems where liquid is typically maintained at a high level, or where a large differential between the on and off levels is required. The extended drop-float actuator allows the switch housing and float pivot to be positioned above the liquid surface, while the excess buoyancy of the float chamber itself ensures it remains floating even with scale buildup on the chamber. The switch closes when the liquid level is low (float drops) and opens as the level rises. Versions are available with flying leads or M12 circular connectors. Optional plug and cable assemblies are available for the M12 connector version.
