Introduction

The SLP is a single-switch liquid level probe for water or water-based liquids, designed to be suspended in the liquid via a cable. It can be configured for either closing or opening action on rising or falling liquid levels by removing the protective cover and reversing the float orientation. The switching liquid level is adjustable by changing the cable length. The dry reed switch contacts are suitable for switching signal levels up to 250 volts. The probe is primarily intended for narrow-bore level indication or space-constrained applications, and can also serve as a signal switch for high and low level monitoring in reservoirs. The probe is manufactured with a standard 15-meter PVC cable, though other cable lengths are available upon request.
