Introduction

This float switch is specifically designed to maintain the air cushion in autoclaves, available in two different diameter versions: 1 inch and 1 inch 1/4. Due to its small diameter, it can be introduced into the tank through a fitting and can be installed horizontally or vertically (with counterweight). The actuation point of the level switch is determined by the cable length — relative to the entry point for horizontal installation, and relative to the application point for vertical installation. When the tank water level rises, the switch sends a start command to the compressor contactor or compressed air valve, then stops the pump via the auxiliary contact. When the water/air level stabilizes at the desired position, the switch stops the compressor and starts the pump.
