Introduction

The AN4VA integrated current sensor (SOIC-8 package) uses compound semiconductor GaAs as its sensing core, with a built-in precise temperature compensation algorithm. It features high integration, high accuracy, high bandwidth, fast response, high linearity, and low temperature drift, providing a high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solution for current sensing in industrial control, new energy, and automotive electronics applications.

The sensor employs a differential Hall structure internally, which effectively suppresses external stray magnetic fields, offering strong immunity to interference and ensuring accurate measurements in complex magnetic noise environments.

With no physical contact between the sensor and the circuit under test, effective galvanic isolation is achieved, reducing circuit interference and losses. The simple circuit design improves measurement accuracy and reliability.
